*The VAIO Z’s chassis is a truly innovative material that differs from conventional materials. It achieves durability and elasticity by processing carbon fiber three-dimensionally, stacking it into sheets. Due to the nature of the material and process used to build the casing, there may be visually noticeable gaps and overlaps of fibers, but these are not defects and will not impact product performance. They are like fingerprints - each unit is unique. Vaio cannot accept returns or exchanges due to gaps of overlays of fibers, or slight variations in patterns or color of the finish.
