Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders at this time.
Can I change the product I ordered after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are not able to adjust the order. You are welcome to contact our VAIO Customer Support Center, and we will do our best to find an alternative solution for you whenever possible. Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately no. While we want to provide the best experience possible, we want to ensure customer privacy to the upmost and disclosing confidential information over the phone could compromise your privacy.
How can I track my order?
We will email you the tracking information after your order has been processed, and this information can be entered on the carrier's website for detailed status on your delivery.
What is the delivery timeframe estimate for orders?
For products that are in-stock, they are estimated to be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver orders on specific dates at this time. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.
What are the shipping rates?
We offer free shipping within the contiguous US. We charge for shipping to
Alaska or Hawaii and the cost will be calculated at checkout.
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship orders which are placed prior to 12pm PST (3pm EST) that same day. From the time an order is submitted, processing may take 1-2 business days. Orders rarely, if ever, take more than 2 business days to leave our warehouse unless the item is on back order or a special order item. Orders are only processed during regular business days which include Monday - Friday and exclude holidays.
Can I pick it up at my local Post Office or FedEx Office?

Do you require a signature for deliveries?
The signature requirement for deliveries has been suspended due to COVID-19 social distancing restrictions.
Do you deliver on the weekend?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer the option for weekend deliveries.
Do you deliver outside of the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the contiguous US states, Hawaii, and Alaska.
How can I get free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on eligible products only. Free shipping is restricted to continental US addresses only. Valid on purchases made at us.vaio.com only.
Why is VAIO requesting confirmation of my credit card and shipping address?
Due the recent increase in online credit card fraud, we may ask you to send in a photo of a valid state issued ID and a photo of the credit card used on your order. We only need to see your name on the card and the last four digits of your credit card to verify that the card is in your possession, so please feel free to cover up the first set of numbers to protect your personal financial information.
We may also need to verify that you are connected to the shipping address listed in your order by providing us with a photo of a utility bill such as electricity, water, gas or internet.
